2D floor plans are $80 flat, with $40 added for properties over 4,000 sq ft — processing costs more at that size. They're also included in the Essentials package (photography + floor plan) at $299.
Why agents add one
Floor plans give online browsers a clearer sense of a home's layout than photos alone, which is especially useful for out-of-town or early-stage buyers doing most of their research online before ever scheduling a showing.
Interactive floor plans for Zillow Showcase
If the listing is going up as a Zillow Showcase listing, it needs an interactive floor plan rather than a static one — the layout plus a 360° tour, with each photo tagged to the room it was shot in. That's captured in the same visit and available as a $175 add-on.
