Zillow Showcase gives a listing a distinctly different presentation on Zillow — a larger, immersive layout with an interactive floor plan buyers can click through room by room. Agents buy it directly from Zillow. What Zillow doesn't hand you is a photographer set up to deliver it.
That part matters more than most agents expect, because Showcase media can't be uploaded like a normal photo set. It has to be captured, tagged, and delivered through Aryeo, Zillow's photographer platform, by the photographer who shot it. If your usual photographer isn't set up there, the media has nowhere to land.
Three things are required for a Showcase listing, and all three are captured in a single visit:

That's the photography, the 2D floor plan, the 3D Home tour, the interactive floor plan, and 5 aerial exterior photos in one booking. Booked separately those pieces come to $505, so the package saves $55 — and the aerials are included on top of that.

The Showcase piece itself — the 3D Home tour and interactive floor plan — is $175. In the package above it's already bundled with the photography and floor plan. On Complete Listing or Premium it's added on top, since those already cover the photos.
All of that is separate from what you pay Zillow for the Showcase placement itself. That's between you and your Zillow rep.
The listing has to be designated as a Showcase listing on Zillow's side before media can be delivered to it. Showcase is sold by Zillow as either a monthly subscription or a pay-at-closing arrangement, and Zillow limits how many Showcase listings exist in a given market.
So confirm with your Zillow rep that Showcase is active on the specific address, then book the shoot. Doing it the other way around means finished media sitting in a queue waiting for a listing to be upgraded.
Worth knowing, because a lot of agents assume the 3D tour is locked to Zillow: every 3D Home tour comes with an unbranded link you can post to the MLS, and the floor plan exports as a JPEG you can use anywhere. Once the link is on the MLS, the tour syndicates automatically to Trulia, Redfin, and Realtor.com.
